BRC.

Roland’s Profiles In Fitness Maribel Rivera began her personal training program with me in January 2008, two months after the birth of her third child. While toning her body and losing her post pregnancy “baby weight” were important considerations, with a newborn and two toddlers under 3 years of age, Maribel was looking for far more than just a change in physical appearance. Having a body with the strength, energy, and resilience to meet the physical, mental, and emotional demands of motherhood were Maribel’s primary concerns. Although a NON-COSMETIC surgical procedure disrupted her personal training program for six weeks -- and prohibited from lifting weights during her recovery--Maribel stuck to her meal plan and walked on her treadmill in order to speed her recovery and to stay on track.
